I just love this time of year. I love all the colors and the nip in the air and the chance to grab a cozy sweater and a cup of tea. I love conference and all the yummy peaches, pears, apples and all the harvest from my garden. The bright orange pumpkins on my porch and caramel apples on my cupboard, spiced apple cider and donuts, and all the Halloween spooky stuff showing up at every one's houses. I love to make homemade Halloween licorice and orange caramels; which has become a tradition. I love little trick-or-treaters and some years I dress up like a witch. I like scary movies too. There is just so much to slurp up and enjoy!
The 3rd was Ben Sr.'s 75 birthday! Everyone came over for dinner and I made his favorite of noodles and terriyaki with peach cobler and ice cream for dessert. He loved it and was so excited to be with everyone!
It was fun to have Chelsea home for a few days. I helped her study for her big anatomy tests next week. She has to point out all the parts, functions etc. ON the cadavors. It's a big part of her grade. She is doing SO well in school and loves it!
Tyler has healed from his wisdom teeth surgery and is back in swim and preping for the swim meets. He is writing music for a movie which he is really excited about.
Hannah is dancing like crazy! She loves it! She is in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-hop and Jazz company!
Ben is busy with work at Anderson Window Well Covers and is also manufacturing Hydrogen Enrichment cells that you put in your car to mix hydrogen with your fuel to increase your mileage up to 30%. We have one on our suburban and get a lot better mileage and it makes our car burn greener and run so much smoother with more power and torque. I have been helping him at the office with receivables and putting together hydrogen cells and bubblers. I have loved being there with Ben and watching the company grow! He is doing a great job, and everyone there loves working for him since he bought the company.
That about wraps it up!
