JUMP JIVE'N

First of all, Thank Heaven's it's Friday! Last night was "interesting"! Let me give you a glimpse of my night. I had done all the usual floss, brush, wash etc. and lay down to retire in my nice comfy bed. Sure things are all copesetic while I am on my computer or watching the news....but the minute I decide to roll over and slumber off to never land my legs decide to WAKE UP!!! Not just your average hot feet from lack of lo lo, or the stubble from shaving rubbing on the opposite leg. This is a full on restless leg, jump jive'n, I gotta run a 5K feeling! I hate it! I kick a leg from the sheets, twirling my leg in large circles, then pointing my toes and rolling my ankles as to increase the blood flow or something. It's as if there are hermetically sealed bugs encased in my legs squirming and writhing to get out. Kindly Ben offers me a tonic of hot magnesium tea to shut down the storm. I drink the sour potion and restlessly lie back down hoping it will take effect quickly because the rest of myself really does want to go to sleep. I can finally hold still long enough to drift off to a deep sleep. AAHHHhhhh! Then....at 3 a.m. there arose such a clatter. I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter. Ben in his C-Pap and I in my unders, couldn't figure out why I heard such a thunder! I stumbled down stairs thought the washer was walking, no. It's not that, it's the pipes that were talking???? The house shook and trembled my eyes were a blurry, I figured I'd shut off the water in a hurry. The knocking, the pinging, the shooking it stopped, then right back up the stairs I popped. Ben still in bed trying to become coherant, "air in the pipes!" I said, it was quite apparent! He turned off the sprinklers and flipped off the switch. Back in bed once again, now my legs have an ITCH!!! It took quite some time for my legs to hold still, I tried to relax and get sleep and just chill. I opened one eye as 6 o'clock came. I'm tired and sleepy not up to my game. Everyone's gone now and wow what a night! Hopefully tonight......I'll get to sleep tight!
